To reset your password
If you've forgotten your password or you're having trouble logging in to your Vygo account:
- Go to the Vygo Log In screen.
- Click or tap 'Forgot Your Password?'
Enter the email address you used when you made your Vygo account, then click or tap ‘Reset Password’. Soon after, you'll be emailed a link to reset your password.
Please note that this link will expire within one hour, so if you forget to reset your password in time, you will need to repeat the whole process.
To change your password
If you know your current password and are currently logged in, you can change it if you wish to.
- Click your profile picture in the top right corner of your Vygo Dashboard and when the drop-down menu appears, hit ‘Account’. From the page you are then taken to, click ‘Security Details’.
- Enter your current password, come up with a new password, confirm it by retyping it exactly, then click or tap ‘Update Password’.
