Close your Vygo account and delete your data

Closing your Vygo account is a permanent and irreversible action.

All personally identifiable information (PII), including your name, email, and profile picture, will be promptly deleted from Vygo's records.

Retrieval or access restoration will not be possible once this process is initiated. If you decide to use Vygo in the future, a new account must be created.

Although your PII is instantly removed from our production database, it may persist in backups for a maximum of 90 days before final deletion.

To permanently close your account, sign in and follow the steps outlined below. If account access is no longer available, kindly contact [email protected] for assistance.

1. Navigate to your 'Account' section on web or mobile.
2. Select 'Close Account' at the bottom of the account screen and follow the prompts.
