A concurrent internet connection is required while using Vygo. Therefore, it is important your internet connection is stable and at least 1.5mbps. If you're on a mobile device connected to WiFi and are experiencing patchy internet, we recommend switching off WiFi and using your mobile connection.

We do not offer support for Internet Explorer as Microsoft has announced it will no longer be supporting the browser shortly. We recommend using one of the other browsers from our list above for the best experience.
