Payment typically takes up to three business days to appear in your linked bank account. Many banks don’t process transactions on weekends or public holidays, meaning that if you complete a session with Vygo between Friday and Sunday, it might not go into your account until the following week.
Also, if the price of a completed session differs from the estimate given when the session was booked by $5 or more, the payment will not automatically be processed. Instead, the session will be sent to the Vygo Technical Support team so that we can investigate and review it. Once we have verified that the session duration is correct by checking in with both parties, our team will manually release the payment for the mentor and will charge the mentee’s card. Note that this will then take up to three more business days for the money to get to you.
