If an existing payment method on your account is incorrect (for example, your credit card has now expired), please remove the affected payment method then add the correct details of a new payment method. Updating your payment method is especially important if you have sessions booked with payments scheduled for a future date.
To add or edit a payment method:
Click the profile picture icon in the top right of the screen and, from the drop-down menu that appears.
From there, navigate to ‘Payment Details’ and ‘Add New Card’.
Please enter the name on your bank card, its number, the expiry date and the CVV/CVC number (the three digits on the back of your card).
