If you have used your allocated session credits, send your program manager a message explaining that you need additional support, and ask them for some more. You can find their contact details by first going to Programs, which is an option in the top menu, then clicking on the relevant program card for the area you need more help with. The program manager’s name is located in the right of the screen, and their contact details can be accessed by clicking the blue speech bubble icon towards the right of the page.
