If you’ve messaged a mentor and haven’t yet heard back, it’s best you don’t then attempt to book a session with them. This is because session requests expire after 12 working hours (between 6 am and 10 pm), so it’s likely yours will not be accepted in time.
Instead, we suggest sending your mentor a follow-up message. If you still do not hear back from them, reach out to other mentors in your program or subprogram.
After one business day, if you have not heard back from any mentors, please get in touch with Vygo’s friendly Technical Support Team via the support chat.
