Not all institutions require mobile number verification, but if you attend one that does when prompted on your registration screen:
Select your country code
Enter your mobile number
Then click ‘Send Verification’.
You should receive an SMS to your mobile device containing a four-digit code.
Add the four-digit code to the mobile number registration page, then click ‘Verify Number’.
If you’re not receiving the four-digit code or the code you have received is not working, make sure you have entered the correct phone number and the correct country code. For example, if you live in Australia and your mobile number is 0400 000 000, you would enter +61. If your details are correct and you still have not received a text message from Vygo containing a working code, click ‘Resend Code’.
Note that you only get three attempts at verifying your mobile number. If you exceed these, you must contact our Vygo Technical Support Team for assistance, who will be more than happy to help you verify your number manually.
