If you’ve already registered with Vygo and have changed the institution you attend (and therefore, your email address), you cannot just update your Vygo account; you need to make a new one.

For security purposes, none of the data from your previous account – such as statistics, booked sessions, ratings and reviews – can be transferred over either. Instead, close the account you no longer require and register for a new account using the email address you’ve been assigned at your new institution
