The Vygo Help Center allows you to resolve issues on your own and is the fastest way to find answers to whatever it is you’re seeking. Indexed by category, it gives step-by-step instructions on everything from updating your account to navigating a session payment. The Help Centre can be accessed here.

Contact your mentee or mentor directly using the messenger or video chat interface if you think your technical issue could be resolved with their assistance.
