If someone sends you a message on the Vygo platform that makes you uncomfortable or breaches Vygo Terms and Conditions, you can report the message to Vygo.

Step One - Go to your inbox on the Vygo platform and click or tap the conversation with the person you want to report

Step Two - Click or tap the three dots next to the message you want to report

Step Three - Click or tap Report Message

Step Four - Select the reason you’re reporting this person, then click or tap SEND REPORT.

Step Six - Reporting a message does not notify the sender of this action.

Step Seven - Vygo will investigate the reported message further within business hours (Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm AEST)
