Supporting university students with exam and assignment help is at the core of what we do, and the app that connects students with tutors is how we make this possible. 

Here’s how to complete your Vygo student profile, step-by-step. 

Step 1

Open the app.

Step 2

Select “Register Account”.

Step 3

On this screen: Select your university, enter your email address, choose a password, confirm your password and select “Continue”.

Step 4

On this screen: Upload a photo, fill in your name, fill in your last name and tell us how you heard about Vygo.

Step 5

Select “I need a tutor”.

Step 6

Verify your email address.

Step 7

On this screen: Enter your mobile number and fill in your verification code. 

And you’re done! 

To book a session: Search for a class relevant tutor by clicking on the “Services” tab, “Course Tutoring” or the equivalent and “Add Another Course”. You will then be prompted to to add your class code. Once added, click on the subject and tutors specialising in this class will appear.  

Once you have selected a tutor’s profile you may then “Message” the tutor to ask a question or “Request session”. Once you have requested a session and you will be prompted to fill in your payment details if you have not yet done so. 

To fill in your payment details earlier, go the the “Account” tab and select “Payment Details.”
