Why Didn't I Get My Mobile Push Notification?

Mobile push notifications are the kind of messages that pop up on your mobile device. If you’re not receiving push notification from Vygo and would like to, log into your account using our mobile app.

If you have not yet downloaded our handy app, you can find it in the Google Play store and the Apple App Store.

  • Once you’ve logged in, click or tap ‘Account’, then ‘Notifications’.
  • A pop-up window displaying the types of notifications you have signed up to receive will appear.
  • Make sure you’ve ticked the boxes of the push notification you want to pop up on your phone.
  • Once you’ve done so, scroll to the bottom of the page and click ‘Update Settings’ or ‘Save.’
