How Do I Access and Edit My Profile Information?

Your profile houses the following information:

• Your profile picture.
• Your first and last name.
• Your mobile phone number.
• Your email address.
• The languages you speak.
• Your ‘About Me’.
• Your availability.

To protect your privacy, other users are able to see a watered-down version of this that consists of:

• Your profile picture.
• Your first name and the initial of your last name.
• The languages you speak.
• Your ‘About Me’.
• Your availability.

How do I edit my profile information?

If you’re logged into Vygo on your mobile, click or tap ‘Account’ then hit ‘Profile Info’ (You should see a caption which says 'View and edit profile'.

If you’re using our web app, click or tap your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen.

From the drop-down menu that appears, hit ‘Profile’. From there, you will be able to make changes.

Make sure you hit ‘Save’ when you’re done!
