How Do You Change Your Profile Availability Status?

If you’re using our Vygo web app:


  • Click your profile picture in the top right corner of your Dashboard.  


  • In the drop-down menu that appears, you will see ‘Your Status’.


  • Underneath is a slider – use it to select the status you require (Available, Busy or Away).


  • If you are Busy or Away, this status will appear on your dashboard. If you are Available, you will be fully contactable, but no status will be advertised to other users.

You can easily switch back to 'active' from the banner that appears on your dashboard.

If you’re using our Vygo mobile app:


  • Click the 'Profile' option on the top right of your screen. (This is right next to the notification icon)


  • Here you will see a drop down with 3 options appearing when clicked which you can select.(Available, Busy or Away)


  • Select your preferred option (Available, Busy or Away).


  • If you are Busy or Away, this status will appear on your profile picture area. If you are Available, you will be fully contactable, but no status will be advertised to other users.
