Vy Says I've Reached My Limit; What Do I Do?

Everyone has a daily limit on how much they can use Vy. If you reach it, Vy tells you when your limit resets, shown in your local time. You can use Vy again after that.

There is also a limit on how many messages you can send in one minute. If you see this message, wait a minute and then send your question again.

Can I still get help while I wait?

Yes. Everything Vy recommends is also available in Vygo itself. While you wait, you can:

• Browse your programs and events from the main menu
• Message a mentor you are already connected with
• Search this help centre for answers about using Vygo
