How Do I Report a Message on The Vygo Platform?
If someone sends you a message on the Vygo platform that makes you uncomfortable or breaches Vygo Terms and Conditions, you can report the message to Vygo.
Step One - Go to your Inbox on the Vygo platform and click or tap the conversation with the person you want to report
Step Two - Click or tap the '!' option next to the message you want to report.
Step Three - Select the options that would categorize the message you selected to flag and proceed accordingly.
Note: If you select the 'other' option, do note that you will have to provide additional reasoning on why the message was flagged.
