How Do I Read and Send Messages?

If you’d like to read your messages or send something to a mentor you’ve already been communicating with, go into your chats in the Vygo platform.

From there, you’ll be able to access your existing conversation threads and send messages.

To initiate a conversation with a new mentor, you first need to locate their profile.

Step 1: From the ‘Programs’ page – which is accessed using the menu – choose the program you’re interested in joining, and you’ll be met with a list of available & recommended mentors.

Step 2: Click the person you wish to contact, then select ‘Send Message’ from under their profile picture. ​

​Step 3: You will be taken to a chat with this selected mentor and you could exchange as many messages with them from here.
