Messaging Features

Vygo’s messaging feature boasts all the bells and whistles necessary to facilitate conversation and send files, to assist a mentee in making the initial contact.


If you’re using our web app, you can add attachments in the form of documents and images (in either PNG or JPEG format).


Note that on our mobile app, you cannot send attachments.


On all platforms, you can hyperlink URLs and remove messages from your conversation thread if you need to.


You can also report messages – a feature that has been included for the safety of all users. This is intended to cover situations where a message you’ve received is inappropriate or constitutes harassment, or any other context you think requires investigation by the Vygo team.
