What Are Session Ratings?

Once a mentor has marked a mentoring session as complete, both parties will be asked to give it a star rating out of five.

This rating should reflect your overall impression of how well the opposite party performed.

If you’re a mentor, the ratings you receive from mentees will display publicly on your profile, averaged out as a percentage.

If you’re a mentee, the ratings your mentors give you will also be averaged out as a percentage, but they will not appear publicly on your profile.

Instead, they will be sent to your Program Manager and stored in Vygo’s backend database.

Note: Any session rated less than four out of five stars will be reviewed by the Vygo Technical Support Team as part of our commitment to ensuring all users have only positive experiences on our platform.
